2. Take clear images showing the defect or damage.

Once we receive and verify your request, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Refunds will be issued in the form of a coupon code or store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Please note:

• Refunds will not be processed without valid proof (unboxing video and images).

• Requests made after the 15-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
