Refund Policy

At Enormous Kart, we aim to provide quality products. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request a refund under the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refund is only applicable in case of:
    • Wrong product received
    • Defective or damaged product

2. Proof Requirement

  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory while opening the package.
  • Clear product images must be shared.
  • Without proper proof, refund requests may not be accepted.

3. Product Condition

  • The product must be in original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories should be intact.

4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. COD Orders

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided as:
    • Gift Card / Store Credit
  • Store credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

  • No refund for size issues or change of mind.
  • No refund without unboxing video proof.
